Yes, I tend to explain the thoughts behind my poetry, which some appreciate and some would prefer I don't. Thus unlike my earlier work, I no longer describe the thoughts behind every line.
I agree that these poems speak for themselves and thus I did not explain anything about the substance of the poems.
I did discuss that my first monoku came to me during hypnagogia because my pub rules require an explanation of why, if not readily apparent, a submission belongs in our synchronicitycentric pub and as I am looking for writers, I wanted to go into depth on the creative space of hypnagogia.
