Thank you very much. You are the second person in the last few days to mention that book to me--I will be adding it to my pile. I don't read gurus, rather, like that book, I like to read fiction that reflects spiritual and not religious philosophy. Hermann Hesse is my favorite author. His books Siddhartha, and Demian, have greatly influenced my thinking, but Narcissus and Goldmund is my favorite of his, yet I suspect when I finally read the Glass Bead Game, which is also sitting in my pile, that will move to #1.
