The flow is there but your notions seem inconsistent. I highlighted much that resonates. I completely disagree on the not sharing part. You deprive yourself of the benefit of another person's life experiences and perspective and the right person can listen, respond with emotional intelligence, and when necessary, call you out for bullshit when it's there. One can share without giving away control and responsibility for oneself.
