The most sense I can make out of all this, and everything that happens on scales big and small, is that the universe hopes that humanity will eventually learn and that that is why countless souls agree to be a part of such tragedies, and in the grand scheme of things it just doesn't matter whether we do or we don't as I will keep playimg roles way beyond this 17,043rd incarnation, which have been both good guy/girl roles and bad ones.
