The thing that causes me the most frustration in life, and yes I can work on this, is not being understood or worse, being misunderstood. My son will say, "why are you getting so upset and yelling." I will say I'm not yelling but I tend to raise my voice when frustrated. A part of my father that I see in myself. That's the worst. I digressed. I can work on trying not to be misunderstood but that is very much out of my control because there is another party or parties involved but I can work on my reactions to being misunderstood.
