There are certainly too many unanswered questions as skillfully pointed out by the author, yet at first blush IF they don't have too many teething pains, the changes would possibly remove the incentives for the plagiarizers to plague us, and would seem to favor content like mine DMY. What are your thoughts on these thoughts?
