There was a prompt the other day that Ravyne and I participated in that Warren Brown started to write a poem about the desert. I think you would create a great piece from it. The lines that I highlighted here reminded me of this stanza in mine:

"Treks through the desert

From wastelands to oaises

Which were mirages?

Our tree-lined watering hole

A spring I have imagined"
