This certainly increased my awareness as my limited knowledge of this broad category of conditions had me thinking it only applied to the parasympathetic system as that is the system effected in the one person I am aware of who has received this diagnosis and I had forgotten my basic human physiology that the sympathetic system is also autonomic. Now I will have to look up the term enteric.
