This goes to the heart of my confusion over the life review process.

…uman’s free will, although this is not common. The only judgment given is on Earth by other people. Souls are neither judged nor penalized for human actions whether or not actions followed the life plan. When a soul returns after human death, they evaluate their past life in terms of what lessons were gained.
