This is great. I particularly loved your advice to ask lots and lots of questions. Too many people are intimidated by and at the mercy of their doctors. One of my favorite anecdotes is that apparently there is or was a medical school Dean who in his address to every entering class would tell them that 70% of what they will teach them in the next 4 years will be proved wrong within 30 years.
