This piece says otherwise, but I know what you mean. We all have preconceived notions about what is great poetry. I feel unworthy next to Thief and Ravyne Hawke for example, but they love my work, and so does the Top Writer in Poetry algorithm, and who am I to doubt that which I don't understand ;-)
