This poem could be an 8th, 9th and 10th step manual. Step 8: “Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.”
Step 9: “Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.”Step 10: “Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.”
An article I read and cited in my Spirituality Redefined, which you read, on how to make amends, says, as your poem does: "Finally, the last step of making amends is to engage in the practice regularly. Making amends is an ongoing process that should be a part of your daily spiritual practice. Recognizing your mistakes and making amends is an integral part of your spiritual growth. Ideally, with practice, you will begin to notice more quickly when you’ve harmed someone, and you’ll make amends more quickly, too."
