This reminds me of a conversation I had on Twitter with a man I met on that platform when he posted a picture of his beautiful niece who had taken her life 10 years before and spoke of his guilt. I reached out to him and talked about my experiences and eradicated his guilt. Later on as we got to know each other, he spoke of his spiritual experiences, among which he counted his thrill seeking adventures like skydiving and said that he and his soul lived in alignment has long as he kept his soul fed with the adventures. Many months later as I gained a better and expanded understanding of me and my soul, I suggested to him that he consider that the thrill seeking is not food for his soul but food for his human consciousness.
