Two hours ago I opened up the following support ticket, the first two stories I referred to are January publishes and the others are Dec publishes with January activity:

"My stats and earnings for January 7th and January 8th are out of whack across several stories. For my story [link], for those two days I have 21 member views, 14 member reads, 13 member clappers, 13 member highlighters, 14 member responders, and calculated earnings of $0.00.

In [link], for those 2 days I have 5 member views, 2 member reads, and those readers engaged, but $0.00 earned.

In [link], for those 2 days, 3 member views, 3 member reads, member engagement, and again $0.00 earned.

In https:[link], for those 2 days, 3 member views, 2 member reads, and again $0.00 earned.

My stats and earnings for [link] are off for the entire month of January. It shows 10 member views but 0 member reads, which makes no sense as it shows 1 member clapper, 5 member highlighters, and 5 member responders. Thus, the 0 member reads and the $0.00 earned make no sense."

I suspected I was not alone with these anomalous stats. I thought about submitting a story to this pub but now that I saw your post in my feed, I won't bother.
