Several years ago I came up with a password system that 99% of the time works for me. The initials of the same two people in all caps. Then the first 4 letters of the site and another always used person close to me in lower case. Then the date of the month that all three of the people happen to share as their birthday and then the numbers of the months of their birthdays. It sounds complicated but nothing changes from site to site except the first four letters of the site and everything else I cannot forget and I don't think someone else could crack it.
