Very much like my mother. She does sometimes show anger and frustration though.

I’ve since come to understand that my daughters, and sometimes others, unfairly translate my often impassive demeanor as a lack of feeling. Nothing could be farther from the truth — I’m exceptionally sensitive. But somewhere along the line, I learned not to let it show. Life taught me that falling apart was a luxury I did not have.
