Well, I suggest that you could read about the type on several sites and see if you identify with recommended areas for growth. Each of the 16 personality types has its strengths and weaknesses. Take advantage of your strengths and work on your weaknesses, IF that suggestion resonates with you. No one knows yourself better than yourself. My mother is an ISFJ, who like yourself is an empath who is a target for narcissists, but as she married one (my father) and has been with him for almost 56 years, she is blind to what he really is--that's her defense mechanism.
