By that, I mean that spirituality isn’t about bypassing our humanity to only focus on “love and light.” Instead, it’s raw and honest and gritty and dirty. Because doing the inner work is more about the paradox dwelling in-between spaces and grounding spirituality in the human experience — our wild core.
