well said--perhaps the law can do better, as you and I being lawyers definitely know--especially with our adversarial based system, truth/justice has little do with outcome--who can afford to fight better and longer and hire better resources--another failing of what capitalism has become

FUBAR--I know what it stands for and was interested to see it's origin--not surprised it started in the military--my favorite of those is SNAFU--situation normal, all f'd up
