What I am saying is that even though I believe that life begins at conception, I am pro-choice. My spiritual thesis is that there is no purpose served by anti-abortion laws pre-extrautero viability as the soul of an unborn child would have agreed not to be born before it incarnated. My constitutional thesis is that any law that criminalizes or unreasonably regulates pre-viability abortion is based on certain religious beliefs and thus imposes religion on nonbelievers and is thus unconstitutional and it is on that basis rather than a made up right to privacy that Roe and other morality cases (LGBTQ stuff for example) should have been decided and should be protected.
