😊 when questions about what to call me come up, and sometimes people ask what I prefer, I usually say go with what feels right, choose one, and feel free to alternate, just please avoid "Marcus or Greg."

Most people on Medium call me Marcus. When I first started using the name in my profile, changing it quite soon after first using Yochanan Gregorius, Marcus felt special. Now, on Medium, Greg feels more special because it's rarely used and I notice when it is. One Medium friend who I'm no longer in contact with dubbed me Gregmar. Now only one person, a reader who doesn't write, occasionally calls me that.
