I also want a ceasefire. Now, Connie, I started to think about the title of your poem. I wonder who you see as David and who as Goliath. Perhaps you are struggling and do not know. I get the ambiguity--I see it was purposely placed, and that each side can be seen as each character. I see the protesters mindlessless droning "from the river to the sea" as Goliath. I see my children, one on a college campus and one going next year, outnumbered vastly, as David.

The young lady who I sparred (respectfully in both directions) the other day fell back on something like "well 500,000 protesters in the UK" agree with her. Fucking mob (not as in Mafia) Goliath mentality.
