Yes there are glitches. But this is pervasive. I have rarely if ever seen her reply to a comment from anyone in any story. Maybe she has her notices turned off. She did reply once to a private note in which I caught a typo so I know she has or had those turned on. When I re-replied with a link to a story of mine in which I quoted, cited and tagged her, crickets.

As for Medium, most of the glitches/failures to notify are on purpose to keep down MPP payments with plausible deniability.
