Yes they are gaslighting but I do believe that sometimes the trauma is planned.

They are gaslighting you, and your trauma is valid no matter what, and no, as I said, your plan in life may have increased the risk of something traumatic happening, but you did not plan horrific things you may have endured.

Yes they are gaslighting but I do believe that sometimes the trauma is planned. Yet, no one should use that to minimize the the pain or victim shame.
