Yesterday I biked 5.5 miles each way to a heavy bag punching class (first one in years), and upon getting home took a hot lavender scented epsom salt candle lit bath and wrote my day 4 tanka in the tub :). I often think in the tub--first time I actually wrote. I love my hot salted and scented soaks after exercise, whether it be HIIT or long walks or short runs or long bike rides
