You make many excellent points here. Frankly, I think Mr. I Love to Argue stepped a bit too far outside his field of understanding and knowledge on this one (I do respect much of his work). Your theocracy point is spot on and supports my position that even if the privacy foundation crumbles, and it is weak, Roe should be affirmed on other grounds, namely the 1st Amendment's anti-establishment clause.
